Lebanese: Annual vegetable plant, creeping and climbing. Lebanese cucumber is a bit longer than pickle, but narrower. It has a very thin skin that does not really taste so, no need to peel. It tastes sweeter than other cucumbers and it does not contain any seeds. The planting is done towards the end of May when any risk of frost on the ground is spread, in rich soil, leaving a space of 25 cm between the plants. It is regularly sprinkled when the plant is young as in planting or sowing. The harvest lasts until mid-October. Very good good for the health, we should all eat some more often, especially to hydrate or help our skin.
